From an early age, Brian’s love of food stemmed from his grandmother. She would cook exotic meals that would spark Brian’s imagination and ultimately ignite his passion for great food. Brian’s philosophy is taking traditional combinations and adding a modern twist of flavour – to create a unique dish. The foundation is always great locally sourced ingredients with great natural flavours. This is combined with the belief that midweek cooking should be quick, delicious, and most importantly fun! Brian is passionate about food and hopes to share that passion with you through his weekly dishes.
